As a 2020 graduate of the University of Colorado, I received a sustainable credit card holder at a campus event when I was a freshman.   The card holder was part of a campus program where students could recycle their used tubes at bike stations all over campus.  Our campus partners then magically turn the waste material into wallets and card holders for Environmental Center events!
